[Q] Unable to flash CWM Recovery

i had a flyer 510e, rooted, after running RUU_3G_B09. its on stock htc firmware(Rooted) android 3.2, but i cant access the recovery. when i turn off completey, then press volume down + power ON, i got to the hboot/fastboot, but when i choose recovery, it will just hang on the htc splash screen. my device already s-off with revolutionary.
i had dloaded the revolutionary-0.4pre4, when i run it, it says i already had s-off, n ask me if i wanna install recovery. i press y(Yes), then it dloaded the cwm recovery n flash, n says successful. but when i try to access recovery, it will hang on htc splash screen,
help is much appreciated.

i had hboot 6.11.11, i just wanna flash the leedroid rom.

when i flash revolutionary-cwm-4.0.1.4-flyer.hboot0011 from fastboot, i got the following error
