Does anyone know how to get rid of the browser bar setting in settings when changing the CID so that AT&T icons appear?

I'm using ARHD 60.0 Sense 6.0, 4.4.2, I have an unlocked AT&T HTC One, hate the stock LTE icon so I always switch to the AT&T ones usually by changing the CID in /system/customize/ACC/default.xml to 7 but now I'm getting the Browser bar setting.
