mate what others will tell u is their point of preference...
if I like cm I will ask u to choose cm.. if u ask someone else.. he will say to go for stock based rom...
In a nut shell ..
If u want speed smooth ui (poor battery no fm radio) go for cm
If u want stable rom plus fm radio plus stock look .. go for a stock based rom
