I'm more interested in the "Data" toggle.
(although I haven't flashed the new version yet, so for all I know it could be in there)
once you add the nav bar to the power menu, press and hold power, go to the nav bar toward the bottom and press the power iconNav disabled still is enabled >.>

What do you mean a data toggle? You can disable data in the ICS options. I'm running 1.3 non-HWA and it's there...

Agreed, I wish it was in the power control widget by default like it is in Sense. Until a data toggle appears I've been using Powerful Control for some of those widgets I'm missing. It is ad-supported but the claim by the dev that only 1 ad appears in your statusbar per week is true and easily cleared so I don't mind it much

The tether app I attached in this post is still working for me on v1.62 non-HWA
Stupid question time... If I do a flashover with 1.62, will I have to reflash gapps, or should they stick from 1.5?
