Well fxp 115 kernel doesn't work on my neo v.
Anybody got any suggestion to plug the battery drain with some other kernel, apart from going back to my previous ROM?

What baseband are you using?
Try FXP115 kernel with FXP115, it should work. FXP116 didn't work and I don't know about FXP117.

Fxp 117 kernel does not work with it.

I'm using that kernel over the FXP117 ROM, everything works fine except for video rec..

That too doesn't work on my Neo V.
Is there a difference between Neo and Neo V kernels ?

Yes there is, but not a big difference. I'll ask again, what baseband are you using?
Also, did you read the previous posts? There other users with Neo V here who have got it working, including myself.

I'm using .70 baseband.
I reverted to ics spacious smooth by nightelf. And copied the trebuchet launcher from cm9.
So far everything is good.
I'll wait for a stable release.

used fxp115 boot.img and fxp117 rom (for like 5 hours) and works perfect,
no bugs/lag/anything bad.....

also gps is insane fast,
maybe 5 to 10 second for location fix with 14 feet accuracy :O

i needed a stable rom for my 20 hour bus trip.....
and i guess i have found it

i am pritty happy

(only fm radio doesn't work, but since it even doesn't work on cm7 i don't expect it will ever going to work on cm9)

I think it's a bug tho but, it's all right + they added caps lock now, which wasn't there until now.

I also like that

but it looks like the battery drains pritty fast

Reset battery statistics and check what's your max cpu frequency. Overclocking reduces battery life. First 1-2 cycles were pretty quick drain for me too, but since then it's quite decent battery life.

Music app is FC always, everytime i flash CM9. Can someone pl suggest what i am missing. Am flashing the latest gapps too.

I'm on FXP115 and A2DP and automatic brightness are not working. Though voice calls with bluetooth headset are working correctly.
