I have found a bug,.. at startup, system settings have a FC and the Point "Location Services" under System Settings have also FC

The best way to install the drivers is to install Pdanet, an utility to do usb tethering with any smartphone. When you install Pdanet, it lets you install drivers for various phone makers (LG, Samsung, etc.). When Pdanet asks you to choose the maker of your smartphone, you just have to choose "other" and it will install the drivers you need.
