After updating my Galaxy SIII from official I9300XXEMC2 (BTU) frimware to official I9300XXEMG4 (BTU) firmware I received very annoying bug.
In random moments (I can have whole night with nothing or several hours with 10-20 bugs per hour) random times in a row (from only 1 per hour till 5-15 within several minutes) I have the following:
assume that phone was in sleep mode before that
screen flashes and I can see desktop which is available!!! to move/touch for 1-3 sec
standart lockscreen appears with standart behavior and standart fade time
at this or previous step "Wait..." notification (standart looking popup text in grey rectangle) appears at the bottom of screen
screen fades as usual
If phone is not in sleep while the bug appears - I only see "Wait..." notification
I've tried flashing with Kies and Odin but bug appears even in fully clean system (which I have for now)
I've attached BetterBatteryStats log and Wakelock Detector screens for a moment at which I've disconnected phone from charger and received bug 5-6 times within 2-3 min after that.
Unfortunatelly Wakelock Detector screens are partly in Russian, so I will translate you:

I've didn't drop phone on the floor or in water recently - as you may be wondering..
