I've had my One for awhile and recently the bottom speaker got blown. Its terribly annoying as it crackles nonstop now. I'm still under my 1 year warranty...
But a few months ago, I noticed my lens was cracked. I'm not sure how it happened as I always keep a case on it, but that's beside the point. Is there any method of replacing the lens so I can get my phone replaced? I hope this isn't looked down upon, as I didn't mind the crack before, it does not hurt picture quality. But I can't stand the blown speaker. I normally wouldn't be interested in a warranty as such or 'faking' my way into one. But I can't afford a new phone, and can't stand the speaker.
