[Q] Can't hear Caller

Hey everyone,

I'm really hoping you can help me.

I got my M8 about a month ago and recently it starting creating some problems.

I can't hear the person I'm speaking to on the other end without using the speaker or the headphones.

I don't know how to fix this at all. I have the Sprint One M8 H/K edition.

Can anyone help?

Sounds like the phone could be bad. What have you tried so far?

Is your phone stock?

It's stock.

I've done soft resets by holding down the power button until the options come up and pressing reset.

Are you having problems hearing caller w/o using speaker or headset?
