yeah maybe but cant flash new kernel now...so is there anyone who booted successfully??

Yeah I booted with no issues. Was slow but no slower than any other sense 3 Rom.

Everything seems to be working fine for me, front cam, mirror app and all widgets work great. The stock video player seems a lot better too, plays everything i've thrown at it.

Unity v4 is the included kernel with this Rom.

i loved new gallery too. its fast and works good

could you give us steps that u acheive to flash this rom
I downloading now, but HOTFILE is very slow for me

installed susccessful.
New hboot + new radio for leaked rom.
Camera, GPS working fine (not make hang phone). I like font's rom, style. Slower than 2.3.5 ver 1.0 final but i like this and choise this rom

Im making uot % battery and looking battery life (sry for my english, i dont know it right or not

Still on old Hboot, I always format data, cache, system and boot and for good measure do the full wipe at the top of the menu and then wipe dalvik and battstatts. Then flash reboot and hope, never had a problem yet.

i cant boot...have no idea whats wrong...stuck on htc logo almost 10 mins...3 times already...
hmm..seems like system is not installed at all...i'll try to dl again....

ok booted succesfully now...somthing was wrong with zip file and system was not flashed at all.Lets test...

Front cam give riverted image
miror works ok but with reverted image

I will try new hboot and re flash again to see what happen with the front cam

No inverted image for me, its spot on. Although I did only look are myself in it so it could have been left to right I suppose lol

ok that's right
it s V4 kernel no chance to get correct image in front cam and some other little bugs
waiting for update with other kernel custumer or may be official
