You need to wipe everything before flashing the zip. System, data, cache, then flash

It does work. I've tried it and done it on an S-ON device, and -viperboy- does it the same way for the Sprint HTC One since it only has htc-dev unlock, and it also works there.

so anyone have problem with gapps like maps, gmail etc, which cant be updated or cant be downloaded from market?

Yes but the devs know what the problems are and when they do make a Rom from this then we cud complain about bugs like battery charging which is a small bug as I said before this rom is scrap metal right now

    I dump this rom and get OTA sense 5 by my self! don't ask me how i get it and what else OTA i have,
    HTC already close the OTA server.

    I will share any OTA i found in this thread. of course for HTC Butterfly!
