Here I Am Presenting You Advanced Reboot Menu. ( Advanced Power Menu ). U Can Easily Access Reboot and Recovery By Using This Mod.. This Mod Is Only For Stock Deodexed 4.3 Roms. Do Not Try This Mod In eXistenZ Series. And Do Not Flash Any Other Framework Files From Any Other Roms or Mods.. U Will Get A Boot Loop or Chance For A Mess... Once Again , Please Do Not Try This In eXistenZ Series ROMs...

Excuse me, I mean. You put CPU controller in the sub menu "Developer options-> System", instead if I wanted to put it in Settings-> System without sub menu can you do?

Yes i can but i am waiting for Official 4.4. Update from Sony. Till then no more Updates

When i use this mod with your mod http://xdaforums.com/xperia-z/themes-apps/mod-one-pack-deodexed-4-3-fw-101-t2655231, i get a conflict when I press the power button for power option, my phone reset.
