[Q] Failed when tyring to relock

I'm trying to flash an RUU. It tells me to relock my phone(fastboot oem lock) but flashing the RUU never works. Just sits a the Checking Header 4% stage forever. And I don't know if this is why but everytime I try to lock my phone i get an error

You can tell if you are RELOCK by rebooting into bootloader. At the top of the screen it will show weither you are RELOCKED or UNLOCKED. If you are S-ON then you must be RELOCK or LOCK for the RUU to run. Ensure USB Debugging is enabled in Settings. Check also that FASTBOOT is not checked in Settings -> Power.
