ABOUT:

This is based off of the New 2014 HTC One (m8) Google Edition and is considered experimental.
This thread will be just for my m8 2014 GPE port for the Droid Dna. (m7 version not posted)

Superuser and all of your Google apps come preloaded. (no Gapps needed)
I have found the rom to be stable enough, that I felt it was time to share.
This rom will progress and change as Kitkat evolves and when new versions of Google Edition become available.
I hope that you enjoy the tiKtaK experience.

Art seemed to be functional on the Dna in my testing.
The first boot is long after enabling it, of course, as it always is with ART.
But after that, it seemed to perform well with it enabled.
YMMV!

Cannot download

@santod Could you please provide a mirror? I have tried 4 times to download, twice just regular as in no add on, twice using xtreme download manager, and have not been able to download. I have always had the worst times trying to download from xda.

What's the difference between this and UnSense? To me, they both seem like ports of HTC GPE with the included Sense frameworks for things like camera and speaker function. I see this has ART working and UnSense has a bunch of HTC apps, but is that it?

NuSenseSIX is a full stock Sense 6 port.
This is a full stock Google Edition port. Nothing extra added.
UnSense is a hybrid of the two, which provides some features of both.

This ROM is pure Google Edition.
The only HTC stuff included is what comes in the Google Edition by default.

I used the Beta Twrp in testing.
Others may work too, but I can't confirm or deny either way.

Does this have the HTC camera and gallery? That is the only HTC stuff I like. If not I will just stick with one of the other 2 awesome roms you have out.

Weird. I downloaded this ROM twice, checked md5 both times and all was good, rebooted to recovery, factory reset x3, wiped system, flashed ROM. In the middle of flashing, it reboots to boot screen and gets stuck. Reboot back to recovery, did process again, same thing.

It said something about not being able to mount system after wiping, but I've never had an issue with performing the wipes I just performed. So I'm not really sure what's going on. Any ideas?

I'm currently on official TWRP 2.7, thinking about trying TWRP beta and see if that helps anything. But I haven't had any similar issue with this recovery up until this point.

I used the Beta Twrp fwiw
If you keep using the one you have, when it kicks out of recovery, go right back to recovery and choose to flash again without wiping and it should finish.
Otherwise just use the beta.
