I just dropped following commit on latest build, then it seems fixed,DoH :eek:

assuming it happend on CM9 then fixed, but has never happend on CM7 and eventually borked?

Opera works fine for me.
From my experience, don't restore recent Opera data via Backup tools like TB.
It might not work properly.

about Wi-Fi drivers...If Epsylon3 pushed Official CyanogenMod github,Yes :)

i didnt restore the opera mini and the problem is still here with the new build :/ it dont show the pictures and text until i touch the search bar :S

i have a defy+ with your 0512 build

Thought I would revisit the issue. I am on Cherry build 20120424 running on Defy Green. My battery on full charge max to max runs till 45-48 hours only, even with disabled Wifi/BT/GPS/DATA/AutoBrightness/15sec timeout/3 hour talk time/No game/No browsing, I still am able to manage only that much. Have been on the same battery since Sept 2011 and always have had the similar low battery life.

So my big Q is is that acceptable? cos I found many doing a 3-4 plus days on the same with probably services ON!

3 hour talk time and what more? Messages? Gaming? Screen on time? :)

P.S. I see Cherry release file naming is undergoing changes lately. I would suggest if the date in YYMMDD format is retained to avoid any confusion.

I haven't changed file name format, just removed YYYYMMDD from mod version since I felt it's almost dupe...
About date format...We can't change this since RomManager manifests, etc all depend on it.

I have another request! :p
Could you integrates this in your builds? It adds new governors like Boostedass v2 and smartass v2 along others!
Also epsylon3 made some updates to the touch bootmenu so it accommodates the new governors in the bootmenu settings so you should check that as well whenever possible!

I think it's a bug :/ Proximity sensor works perfectly in Quarx's builds for me (haven't tested any more, so don't know)

Is it working for you, on your phones? Cause I've read somewhere that different phones work differently with the same settings... So, maybe we should just change the screen on wait time?

If it's not working for you... Then it's definitely a bug :D My screen just stays off after a call, very annoying :(

Well it was working fine in some builds from the beginning of the month then you had to use the workaround for it to work properly in more recent builds.... Thanks for the updates! [edit]The problem is that the proximity sensor does not work during calls at all, unless you force it to always work in the settings.[/edit]

    Alright,so I've started 2013 to port Defy for CyanMobile.

    As you already might noticed, I had ported Nexus One and Nexus S so far.
    The reason I haven't touched Defy for it is simply it seemed hard to port because of it's unique bootmenu...

    are you throlling? dude cm9 is un-stable, and cm7 kick ass ATM, is the last stable rom for the Defy and that cherry picks are better that cm7 nightlys and better than any other build there, if you wish and want ICS builds thene lern how to and apreciate the good Devs Work! :)
