Thats what I did, the only difference I see now is the delay when navigating on the inbox w/o a lag fix I keep seeing the black screen, with the lagfix theres virtually no loading.. no other lags on the phone aside from downloading/installing APK while navigating.
true, but im trying to help support the idea that, the need for speed comes at a price, where people start saying battery life is an issue.
Rfs slows down the core of the system hence making it smoother... ext4 speeds it up far to fast imo, therefore increase battery usage. This is particularly noticable whilst mainly using the phone. Not so much of an issue in idle mode like overnight.
But it all boils down to user preference and what the user uses the phone for and what is being used on the phone.
I experience very tiny bits of lag now and then using rfs, but at the same time i see the same lag in ext4, where the phone is proccessing data faster than it should, like speed lag lol.
This is why i say samsung's OR Google's only problem is not make optimised system app and so on. RFS is fine, at actually smooths out the system.
