The Skin is called "Tenuis" and is based on the Icons of the same Name which are also used in a Winterface Skin which can be found when you look for "Tenius" (no, no spelling error).
I know, it's not complete and I applied the default Blue theme before applying this Skin, but for me it works.
Modify it as you see fit, the Icons are here: Tenuis Icons
EDIT: Use M2DC to disable the Analog Clock

I know this is a skin only post but can the authors please post which release verison their theme is based from. Knowing the the homesettings.xml has the settings for 2 calanders or the voicemail options build in would help resolve a lot of questions users may have in regards as to why features may no longer work, or why they now get the 'tap to launch Touch Flo..' errors.

Customized iPhone/M2D mixed themes
(Original themes are not mines - many thanks to the authors !)
At the risk of certain Repellent, I am amused to customize and mix several themes "iPhone" to fit Manilla 2D. Mix made from HTCian themes ( "iPhone v1.0" especially for the originality of clocks: http://htcian.blogspot.com/2008/12/mixed-manila-2d-iphone-suite.html) and "iFhawne 2D" (video: http://dhiehyhies.multiply.com/video/item/9/iFhawne_M2D + post here: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=444054) .
Improvements / mix performed :
. integration icons "calendar" and "calls" on the home
. improved top bar (relief 2D)
. improved tab-bar (subject iFhawne 2D)
. adding icons to the "Favorites" people tab (iFhawne 2D)
. clocks from the iPhone Theme v1
. deleting lines in the weather tab
. resumption of the original weather icons
. Visual customization of the Internet tab (globe "dark")
. tab "maps": mix of background dark maps
. adding a preview in the M2DCT file
. "FootPrints" tab icons integrated
. new tab icons "operator"
... and other small improvements:
NOTE 1: It is strongly recommended to update your M2DC software to the latest version (v0.29 now available).
NOTE 2: the color (red) of some fonts (see the screen capture) is set via M2DC software
NOTE 3: make a backup of your current theme (with M2DC) before installing new theme !

Like in my previous skin "transTAB", the idea is to blend in perfecly with the taskbars and be fully transparent to the M2D background.
So all you need to customize your own background is a 240x295 PNG with a flat color or picture. Save the file as hh_fw_background.png and copy it to the Windows folder, then restart M2D.
In the EXTRAS folder you will find several alternative backgrounds and transparent titles (that give different results with the background wallpaper).
I advice the use of the latest version of M2D (v0.22) and M2Dc (v0.29).

i downloaded one theme... and installing it... and in process pop up massage that "Unable to find HTCHomeSettings.xml ar a hh_* file in the selected theme.

This is freakin sweet TWOLF. thanks so much man I love this themr with the nemo fish in the back it's looks like the new pre coming out for sprint. here is the picture if anyone wants to use it. I will put two up. Just make sure you take the number one and the number two off the end of the file name and put it into your windows folder. thanks again
