Adobe Flash isn't officially compatible with Jelly Bean. If you look a bit back in the XDA portal's news stories, there's a post about getting flash working on jb. It might be listed as Nexus 7, but it should still work

If HTC would release ICS drivers or RUU for ICS or anything else for ICS...
That will help to JB ROM´s? Or drivers for 4.0 and 4.1 are totally different?

I tested Jellytime for a week but then went back to a stable ICS ROM. I'm waiting for a good JB build.
