It has to do with the sd card caching I think. I haven't looked at any of my dev things for over a month now, major exams coming in exactly a week from now. However check my init.d scripts, there should be one called ext4tweaks, in that file the last line (or last second) should be the value for sd card caching or whatever it's called. Set it to 128. If it's already 128, set it to 2048. save, then reboot and see if it affects anything.

hate say im not a dev, i dont know how to do that. although if its laid out i could do it

im good with putting roms on a phone, but clueless on writing a rom.

apps for which part, i know how to install roms and kernals, its editing code i dont know how to do.

For increasing the SD Cache. Just search the play store for SD booster or something like that.

did this, pretty easy.

getting less hiccups when playing music, but still getting one every 3-4 minutes.

APN problem, can't save apn.
