Looking into the database at others that have a space it should be a + instead of the %20. example: NAM|US|NJ|ATLANTIC+CITY
Code are not avalaible now as before directly from the site.
I've find a way to have code for cities :
Go to rss link at the bottom of the Accuweather world home page http://www.accuweather.com/default.aspx
You will be redirected to
http://www.accuweather.com/rss-center.asp
Then input the desired location in the field "Choose a Location" and you will find the accuweather code to add in the HTC weatherdatabase in the field "Current Conditions & Two-Day Forecast URL"
Use the code in JVH3 Weather City Editor http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=546141
Work on HD2, Diamond1 and Diamond2 (so on touch3d and sense)
JVH3 Weather City Editor won't work on Touch2 and ther's no available database editor for touchflo 2d (I've try ciberde weather cities editor for manilla 2d http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=554857 and was not working on my HTC Touch2, looking for a file unavailable on non english rom so perhaps work on english rom. Ciberde stop developping this tool.)
Don't know for other HTC phone
