I do, I just didn't change the build.prop to say mb886. I flashed this ROM with no issues. What error are you getting exactly?

That's what it tells me. Status 7 You have an MB886

Idk, I give up. Tried everything. Changed build prop, ported everything from this ROM to MB886 4.4 Zip changing build prop and using MB886 boot.img CWM still says it's for xt925

If you go to epinter's goo.im site there is an xt926 cm11 download. and I think a newer xt925 update. I installed over dhackers aosp 4.4 with dhackers art gapps and is working great.

Didn't format peoperly. I'm a retard. Dropped my updater script from 4.4 for mb886 in the mashup CM11 zip i made and its currently optimizing apps :good:

This sending MMS bug is still here for the XT926 and CM 11. This thing is annoying..many people have reported it in the CM 10.2 thread...I posted it on cyanogenmods jira...i tweeted dhacker and posted on rootzwiki about it. All i got was a few weeks back from dhacker "works fine on my phone". I followed up with pleas for help and offerings of logcats etc...no replies. Yes I know its not a paid service but i have far from demanded help. I have simply asked for help and asked for ways I can provide help. Frustrating when you love a ROM but something that used to work no longer works and the dev team doesnt look into it since its "working on their phone".

I hope epinter can figure out what the issue is. I have posted a logcat on the cm jira site and i posted that link in the cm 10.2 thread.
@epinter can you help find out the status of the bug?

...Did you clean flash or dirty flash? Try clearing Hangouts cache if thats what you're using. I know several people have been seeing MMS problems on Hangouts in general. I dunno if that's your case or not..

It was a fresh clean flash of CM 10.2 and of course CM 11 and the AOSP build of 4.4. I cant remember the last nightly of 10.2 that mms send worked..i think it was about 3 weeks ago though.

Check out my posts on the CM 10.2 thread for a better explanation.

Anybody with the 16gb emmc try epinter's latest xt926? Do we need a special recovery or will twrp 2.6.3 work fine with it?

Edit: flashed 11/12 with regular twrp 2.6.3 and the paranoid android 4.4 gapps. Installed and setup all my apps with ART enabled, only app I use that doesn't work is utorrent remote. Super smooth...

New build, new round of tests.

Clean flashed lastest xt925 build.
Flashed latest (that I know of) ART-compatible gapps.

Upon first boot, Google+ FCs as well as Google Text to Speech.

External SD card is there. :good:
But there's a /storage/scdard1/Android/data. I'm almost certain it was not the case in cm10.2. Side effect of the SD card fix?

Then I switched to ART. Reboot took a while as expected. Still have Google+ & Text to Speech FCs, as well as the other bugs I noticed in the previous build:
- same transition bug as in a few builds earlier on cm10.2
- plenty of Interface-related settings are missing
- some settings are missing from the Camera app (jpeg quality and others)
- video streaming services don't work
- MXPlayer complains it can not play video using HW / HW+ video decoders, only SW decoder works

In addition, the front camera isn't working. It did work with the former build and 10/31 gapps.

And one more thing I have noticed: Google Calendar doesn't "see" my Google account...

EDIT: a probable side effect of ART: can't get root any longer.

When installing latest build on my XT925 (cm-11-20131111-NIGHTLY-xt925-epinter) I'm getting this error on CWM:

(Status 7)
Installation aborted.

Never happened before, it's file related?

@epinter you are the man! Your 11/12 build has the MMS send issue fixed! Thank you :)

Since this issue is also in CM 10.2 could you submit this fix to the CM code and close out my bug report with your fix? This is awesome that its fixed :D https://jira.cyanogenmod.org/browse/CYAN-2569

FYI to all if you want to use Google Now (and you are using the original first launcher) I have found that the way to enable it is to switch to Launcher3, enable Google Now, then you can switch to the first Launcher and Google Now will be there.

This is a CM11.0 (KitKat, Android 4.4) ROM for Razr HD.

I'm not responsible by phone bricks of any kind, or any other damage this firmware may cause to you, to your phone or any accessories conected to your phone.

This rom requires an unlocked bootloader. Recent versions (July/2014) requires an updated (KitKat) bootloader

    DEVELOPERS (razrqcom-dev-team):
EPinter - Kernel Development, Build Setup, XT925 & MB886 Support
DHacker - Kernel Development, Build Setup, XT926 Support
Hashcode - Kernel Development, Build Setup, XT926 Support
Nadlabak - Kernel Development, Build Setup, XT897 Support
Skrilax_CZ - Kernel Development, Build Setup, XT897 Support

Download links and information about what is working can be found on the website:
    https://sites.google.com/site/linuxmobileorg/razrhd/cm11

    Instructions:
Download the zip (cm-11-*-UNOFFICIAL-epinter-xt*.zip) and copy to your sdcard.
    Boot into recovery.
    Backup your firmware and data!
    Format /system.
Install the firmware (install zip from...).
    Install gapps (install zip from...).
    Wipe data/cache
    Reboot.

Everyone with JellyBean firmware/bootloader should use moto_msm8960_jbbl builds. Users who updated to KitKat firmware/bootloader need to use the moto_msm8960 builds.

The ROM is being updated to kernel version 3.4, that was already released to RazrM and for XT926. The kernel 3.4 depends on new bootloader version and XT925 doesn't have it yet (a leak exists, you can search xda).

As Nadlabak and dhacker29 already informed, the M8 will be the last release supporting devices with JB bootloader. All nightly builds will support only new bootloader.

    Hi,

Is not everyone who can use cm11 based on the new kernel, so I will build with old kernel that supports JB bootloader, so you can stay up-to-date while the bootloader is not updated.

I've finally pushed the commit to enable HDR in CM camera (and other generic camera apps) for both jbbl and kkbl builds:
    http://review.cyanogenmod.org/75212
together with a change needed for it in kkbl builds:
    http://review.cyanogenmod.org/75213

Both HDR and ZSL (zero shutter lag - default since the last cam related commits) modes seem to work fine on my devices (kkbl xt925 and jbbl xt897).
Feedback will be welcome (as in the case of flash enable>shot>flash disable>shot killing JB cam in ZSL mode that I completely missed the last time - https://jira.cyanogenmod.org/browse/CYAN-5583 )

An unfortunate side-effect of this change is that the HDR mode will stop working correctly in Motorola specific camera apps.
Unless I'll find a way how to detect (in camera wrapper) that a Motorola cam app is being used...

As I'm currently focused on getting the cam working right specifically in CM camera app, I'm ready to merge it despite its breaking of Motorola cam apps at this point.

Everyone with JellyBean firmware/bootloader should use moto_msm8960_jbbl builds. Users who updated to KitKat firmware/bootloader need to use the moto_msm8960 builds. Thanks to kabaldan for setting up the build.

It needs to be euro LTE xt925, because:
    1. there are BP crashes reported by european xt925 CM users (not happening on stock fw) that I want to look into
    2. there's no core developer with euro xt925 (David has xt926, Emerson has Latin American xt925)
    3. 3G coverage in CZ is the worst in Europe and it won't ever get better. Only the LTE coverage is being expanded by the mobile operators here now. So if I should get a new old device for whatever purpose, it should better be euro LTE capable, or I'll rather pass :)

KK update for xt925 seem to be set in stone and released soon, so that aspect should be fine.

Hopefully, there will be a 170€ xt925 deal done soon, so if you want to donate to this case, feel free to help. Íf not, no problem.

Please note that I'm leaving for two weeks vacation with my children and wife and my internet connection will be very spotty, so please expect me to be rather non responsive during that time.

Status update: I've received 129 USD on donations so far, so a part of the 170 EUR xt925 transaction has been covered by them.
    Thanks!
The device should be on its way to me already.
As soon as I return from holidays (+/- 10 days), I should be able to start debugging the moto_msm8960 builds (kk bl - hopefully the official xt925 kk release will happen in time).
