Hi everybody, im trying to control my nexus 5 trough PC but every single app for VNC server on Google Play returned me a Black Screen on the client for my nexus 5, altough the input worked perfectly (mouse and keyboard)

anyone knows a way to make it work or a different app?

I tried to search for this but i could find anything.

You can try with Teamviewer Quick Support.
It needs root access to control the device but it works flawlessly!

I tried every VNC server app, but no one worked on my Nexus 5 4.4.2.
Black or fuzzy screen on the client (UltraVNC).
Or the servers had problems to start.

Except VMLite VNC Server:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vmlite.vncserver&hl=en

It costs a lot, almost $10, but it works like a charm! Fast and reliable. :)
If you set only 256 colors in the VNC client, it's damned fast! :good:
Also this VNC server requires a rooted device.

I use TeamViewer for my PCs. But I am not quite sure how to use it for my Android as a server. I installed all TeamViewer Android apps.

I am trying to remote into my N5 from my PC, but it keeps saying that my partner is using a version of TeamViewer that doesnt support this

are there any setting I am missing. Please give me a step-by-step

Never mind, I was trying to use the web client w/o installing the TeamViewer software on the viewer PC. It works GREAT!. thx
