It could be possible in theory, but it is very unlikely that this is possible.
A hint, that there is more capacity in your battery than indicated would be if you had very fast charging times. Chargers that claim to charge a Li-Ion-battery in 1 hour or even less simply wonīt charge it fully, but only to about 80% and then indicate that the battery is fully charged.
But it is very unlikely to happen on a phone. Phone-batteries usually arenīt designed to live very long, and a constant problem for smartphones is too low battery-life, so it is very unlikely that any smartphone will waste some power the battery can actually store.
Besides, the charger is in your phone and not the thing you plug in your wall. This is just the power-supply, and changing the power-supply wouldnīt change the maximum charge at all.
