Your launcher must be modified to enable theme chooser or just simply use module, see here: [Xposed] SecThemeChooser for Note 3 [Updated: Fully Working]

Here is a update of the theme with some icons changed and different lock screen wallpaper. Also app drawer icon changed to match Android L project. Enjoy!

Sir, the I can't the file from the link you gave, always saying webpage is not available :crying:
now if someone can theme the tw files (secsettings, framework, etc) using the material l design..

No, this theme won't work on Lollipop.
However, themes from http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?p=58098951 working without any issue.
