You have flashed a different hboot which has 100MB /system size. But your current ROM's system size is close to 250MB which doesn't 'fit' inside 100MB, therefore it doesn't boot.
Take your sd card out and transfer the Mildwild Redux ROM using a card reader, always easiest.
If you don't have a card reader:
- Boot into booloader again (Vol down + power), wait a few seconds, don't bother flashing the PB99IMG.zip again, no need
- Select recovery and boot into it
- Plug in the phone to computer
- Mount USB storage within recovery, can't remember the exact name of the option. Transfer ROM.zip
- Unmount USB
- Proceed as above.
Once everything is working, it's a good idea to understand how and where all your memory is being used, rather than just wondering why you have low memory...
Install an app like 'DiskUsage' to browse all your partitions (system, data and sd-ext) and learn how things are allocated. If you ever run into memory issues again, you will hopefully have a better understanding why
