[Q] Verizon I605 Note 2 rooting and update

I have a Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 2 S (I605) Running Android 4.1.2. the phone is rooted with TWRP (4.5.0). I was trying to Update to 4.3 but it keeps saying update failed and taking me back to the TWRP menu to reboot.
I want to know if there is a way to update to 4.3 on a rooted phone and if not, what steps work best.
2. I have FoxFi and I don't want to lose it. Is there a workaround for FoxFi if I do update to 4.3

I do know foxfi does work.. now the thing is do you want to have 4.3 and be unlocked still or do you want the OTA..If you want to stay unlocked and rooted just like you are you need to go here http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?p=48681499 and follow the directions...
If you want to accept the OTA (which you will be locked and no way of unlocking yet...don't do it) go herehttp://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?p=34891181 and flash the MJ9 Odin image
