I want to move movie files off my Samsung Galaxy S4 I9505 to my Windows 7 computer. Using ES File Explorer on my Android I can see the files in
storage / extSdCard / DCIM / Camera
but in Windows 7 I can't find the files / Windows doesn't show the files.
Specifically, I think that folder is
comp / Galaxy S4 / card / DCIM / Camera
and I see the jpeg files which should be there, but not the movie files.
How do I resolve this problem?
