I see many peoples complain about this on other 4.2 roms to. I think is an 4.2 bug, but personally never had that problem. Just once had black screen when unlock, but this was also with one of the first rustyjay's rasbean 4.2.
Looks like our nexus phones not have same build quality, cause some people have android bugs but others don't have it.

the volume+ not work on 4.2.1 rom ..anyone know any other program that work on 4.2.1 ?

No is not. But in 01/12 you have to flash kernel again for working BLN...other things exept some apps added are the same, just don't have transparency.
I'm little curious why becoming hater of transparency?

Marmite have voodoo sound, so you can set many things...look at the voodoo site for all info. Well there is also Acid mod :)

Damn im again out of thanks for today...8 thanks per day is not enough :p

tried it. but this seems faster. specially when switching apps and playing games :D
i think i can live with those small aesthetic "issues"

Jup...games are realy smooth. I test some games like temple run, drift mania2 and some others and there is just no lag. Previously i had always a little of stutering in all games.

Not at all. For full working have to flash it because there are some tweaks made by updater-script, etc.
I'm researching this and i try also to have some help from brainmaster for future build...i just dont speek good that programming language for now, so is a little hard for now :p
I'm also thinking to not integrate that stuff in future builds, but i hate when i have to install a rom and then have to instal 5 more zips for make it like i want it.

I alredy tried this but won't work. There are more tweaks in install script than this and for what i see the rom must be installed for get it work 100%. Next release will be with stock kernel, so people can install BM tweaks.

    Install instructions:

    - backup your apps & data with Titanium Backup
    - MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP IN CWM OF CURRENT ROM
    - wipe data/factory reset
    - wipe dalvik in advanced menu
    - format system, cache, data and boot in mount & storage menu
    - install zip, reboot & enjoy

    Notes:

    IMPORTANT: This rom is not compatible with BM tweaks!!!
    When install NS tools for kernel kontrol, run it, then reboot in cwm and fix permissions
    Wipe data/factory reset with rom installed will delete browser

    Not working/bugs:

    Swipe keyboard (will have it in next build)
    Camera FC when touch the screen on video recording (will search for a fix)

    Please don't ask for adding features, because i do not touch this great rascarlos code :)
