I do not know ... I have flash and it works very well ... of course it is still a beta, the market is wrong and the browser is not very accurate ... the rest is well under way and it all works

I finally have my springboard setup the way I want. Its not bad. I found that switching to go launcher really helped. The stock launcher was really laggy.
Has anyone tried usb otg? I think I'm gonna order an adapter and maybe a bluetooth mouse.
I really wish we had root. Im gonna try poking around and see what I can do. I have a lot of experience with linux.

The market does not work from error, if you uninstall the updates, work.
the browser will not load some pages of the internet ...
the rom is still under development, but these adjustments made, it will be perfect.
this ics rom is very sensitive to the touch and has a great flow system.

I did some digging and basically what I learned is that the reason superoneclick doesn't work is because it relies on getting a temporary root by running this thing called psneuter. It then uses that temporary root to copy over su. Unfortunately, that exploit no longer seems to work in honeycomb 3.2. Apparently, there is currently no known method for getting a temporary root in 3.2.
If someone finds one, then we can probably get root on the springboard without having to flash.

i want to try the ICS ROM, but can i go back to the original, stable firmware? Can i just flash the S7-301uV100R001C232 General Version to overwrite the ICS ROM? Has anyone tried this?

I found the answer on android-hilfe.de: You can just flash any ROM, doesn't care about version numbers or so.

just copy the dload folder to your external card.
turn on your machine n immediately hold the volume up button while it shake just right before the mediapad logo apppears on the screen. hold it until greed droid appear. if you fall to fastboot mode, then you hold the wrong button. just turn off and on again n holding the other volume button.

here is the list of ROM i've tried
1. c232b012 (the generic version which can be found on huawei site)
2. c240b015 beta, the one posted by monkeydrufy
3. c233b019 (china specific version found on huawei/cn site)
4. the evaaluation ics 4.0 rom
All ROM I've tried above is rootable with same method
1. we need to find the boot.img that match your ROM. this can be found on bbs.31pad.com
2. just flash the boot image using fastboot tools, by simple command

fastboot flash boot boot.img4. transfer the sanixupdate folder to internal memory and reboot
once rebooted, you will find superuser there
the beauty of the root_cf kits also include the vsdcard method to fake vsdcard folder on external card to be linked to /sdcard/
with this we can put those big games data to external card

Right now it s a beta version with some bugs.
i am able to make a backup. but at this time i cant flash it back.
also i compiled the 3.0.8 Kernel to CM9. more results the next days.

Install as usual.
After installing the rom you can root: copy sanixupdate folder to the root memory of the tablet (not in the microsd). Reboot and you are ready!
To shutdown the Mediapad keep pressing power button, otherwise through the menu it will go in deep sleep only.
