[Q] HTC Sense 3.0 Stock Keyboard

Does anybody know where I can get the stock HTC Sense 3.0 Keyboard? I just got the latest evozone fresh rom and it has the keyboard port with the arrows at the bottom. I keep fat fingering the arrows and just want to go back to stock. Does anybody know where I can find the APK? I've been googling it for the past couple hours and just gave up. Thanks!

Use root explorer to place in /system/apps. Then change permissions and reboot. Don't forget to make a copy of your current apk.

Im running a Aosp rom and i wanna know how to install and use this keyboard ?

Also does it have the dictionary with it?

Im not new to rooting but i do not know what to replace here!

And how to get this working over the stock keyboard..

Im cureently running the stock gingerbread keyboard and dont have htc_ime.apk on the system/apps folder..


I have downloaded the keynoard n also have root explorer running..

Any help is much appreciated!

If I'm not mistaken you can't use the stock htc keyboard on aosp roms.

I used to use thing before I got a HTC device. It used to work well, but I don't think it's qHD. Just try it and see if it works. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=624416
