I have been having random lock ups as well in addition to my homescreen resetting to the default seraphim wallpaper, and unloading my live wallpaper. If I unlock the phone and quickly try to pull down the notification bar or go into an app, everything freezes for a good 2 minutes and sometimes requires a phone restart. When I unlock the phone I have to wait at least 8 - 10 seconds before I do anything to prevent a lock up. It's irritating how the homescreen keeps resetting to the default wallpaper. Overall I still consider this a great DD Rom for how early the build is but hope there are improvements with future versions fairly soon. Thanks!

Has anyone come up with a legit way to fix the play store yet?

The problem with there being 119 pages is that the search is incredibly long and fragmented.

I searched for 4 hours last night and couldn't piece all my search results together to get a "good enough" answer.

I went to download The Weather Channel app and it said it wasn't compatible with my device. I had no problem downloading it on GB.

I keep getting en Error " Web Has Stopped" when trying to change the setting in the browser, and it does this when trying to watch a video.

any ideas<<<

this isnt gb thats why... ics is a complete different beast. you need to realize that it takes time to update all the applications

I thought people were having a problem with Play Store showing incompatibility when it wasn't actually incompatible?

the problems with some apps not being compatible have nothing to do with this rom or any ICS rom for that matter. some apps are not compatible with ICS right now ,period. they may have worked with GB but the devs of the apps need to make them work for ICS.

Just wondering, has anyone had any luck getting the usb or wifi teathering to work. I was able to get the wifi teathering to work for using the 14 toggles mod but now its not working, maybe my connection is to weak. Usb teather at the moment would be more ideal.

14 toggles was not intended for this ROM, although it seems to work it causes many I'll effects in the background.

Seems to work just fine for me. So as of right now USB and WIFI tethering are not an option or fix for this rom?

speaking of market....i went to mkt today on my phone and it was different. I had the inverted mkt and this morn it went away....got out of mkt and went back in and it was my inverted one.

anyone else see that today...wonder if Google attempted to fix THEIR issue and backed out?? i didn't even get to try to see if i could buy an app ;(

Goto settings, wifi tether, settings, tick "generic ics" reboot should be fine.

Edit:

I have had problems with other apps that control those features..I just use the one that is burned into the ROM.

I use apex launcher with tablet style home screen transitions with zero lag. You could try pushing hardware acceleration in settings -> developer options -> force gpu rendering.
