UPDATE: After T-Mobile 4.3 RUU + Cyanogen 10.2 M1 i'm unable to receive MMS's without manually enabling data. This could be as a result of Cyanogen development or another reason that I am not yet aware of.
As always i'm open for recommendations, I would love to get this working again.
Okay, so looking for something totally different I figured out how to enable the choice between ip4, ip6, or both - in your build.prop look for ro.telephony.ipv6_capability= 0 and change the zero to a one. I rebooted out of habit, not sure if it's required, and my existing apn's now have the choice back - didn't even have to recreate them. I'm running a pretty stock 4.3 btw. Let me know if you need help with the editing and I'll walk you through it.
