Your init scripts are OK. Sorry, I run out of ideas.
Welcome to Semaphore. I hope you will like it.
Hi,
I'm glad you compiled your own Semaphore. What toolchain do you use?
You have to use 1.2.6 with CM9
Stratosk, I am still new to Semaphore Kernel and I have decided to try it out. I am on cm9 nightly 4.04. But I am unsure of which. Zip file to download. 1.2.6 or 1.2.6s? I might be repeating this question or whatsoever, but please help by answering it!!!

No no all this options are disable ... but did you see when enter in details of android system says that all energy was consumed by bluetooth and i have bt all the time disable and in semaphore options disable too i dont understandDo you have Location & Google search enabled in location services? (Gave my high android usage one day last week)
My wifi turns off after a while when screen is off. Is it a kernel issue? (I am using 1.2.6s with Slim Ics4.2) If yes, please help me how can I fix this? I wiped cache/dalvik, cleared init.d. It didn't help. I don't use any powersaving settings/apps. Of course wifi sleep policy is st to never. Thank you!

It's funny that I'm saying this, but please try not to power down BT in Semaphore application.

Yes, you have to reboot to reset this.
As Silentbob999 already mentioned most probably a running (Google) service could cause this.
Please do this:
1) Compile with gcc 4.4.3 (the prebuilt toolchain in CM9)
2) Backup the the file drivers/misc/samsung_modemctl/built-in.o
3) Compile with Linaro
4) Restore the file you backed up in step 2
5) Run again the sbuild.sh script

I'm sorry for your issues.
And I have no more desire to build new versions. At least for now.
