I unlocked it again and still cannont install the rom. Unless there is another way to install it without using cwm. Every time i go to cwm it fails to mount to sd card.

What ROM are you flashing? Have you tried another ROM? Have you checked the MD5 hash after the download?
you are able to boot into recovery now, right?

imgur.com/llVjC <= that is what i get when i attempt to go into recovery. I cannot even install a ROM as my sdcard is not able to mount.

Ive just found out the reason for the error 131 is that my version to update ruu is 1.84 something and the only version i could find for telus is 1.70
