It is not as easy as thinking, I start working on M12-ROM v9.5, it will be a small update, but it will be interesting
I wouldn't stay hidden for too long, so now I present the changelog for v9.5 (still anything for sure, the work isn't completed).

In the status bar? If so go to settings> CyanogenMod setting> interface> notification power widget> widget buttons. You can choose toggles there
Go to cm settings->interface->notification power widget->widget buttons
