My List of Excellent Apps
All these apps are free(you consider donating to these excellent devs), have just the right amount of permissions, aren't bloated and are holo compliant (for the most part). contact me for screenies and I'll add it to my post. I would appreciate if these apps were added to the OP
Viral (formerly ShowTime), better than stock YT player, with floating player (not limted to in-app), real full 1080p video, gestures to control sound and brightness (swiping down/ up on sides of screen), buffers quickly
Sand IDE for Java programmers who need a quick IDE on the go, great with the dock,(contact me if you need help setting up or are stuck and I'll post solution here)
UNCOPT File Browser Free dual pane file manager which has a lot of nice touches that make it convient (supports USB port on dock), has root functions
WordWeb: best offline dictionary IMO with any possible word you can think of, synonyms, similar sound words etc., good suggestions if you spell wrong
Note List (self explanatory)- allows for backup, simplistic, good looking
MP3 Sound & Voice Recorder ASR- way too many features/ customizations to list here, that make all your recordings sound excellent and is really convenient , simply the best recorder out there, if you need help with settings let me know.
BTW I'm new to XDA (actually been a lurker since 2010), hit thanks if you feel that I've helped you in any way (you don't have to but I'll appreciate it nonetheless if you do
