Andromeda ROM​

Features:

  • 1. Status bar:
    1.1 is complete rewriting
    1.2 in the style of Jelly Bean 4.1
    3.1 15-button, fully working
    1.4 Effect of Swype to Remove (Conduct for removal) in statusbar
    1.5 Displaying the extended date (in the style of Jelly Bean)
    1.6 hours at the center (or side, depending of type of update)
    1.7 Changed notification icons
    1.8 "Options MarcaDParts" is setting switches the status bar​
  • 2. System:
    2.1 Old TV animation effect when you unlock (emulated)
    2.2 Added, 6 new lockscreens (appropriate selection and setting in "Options MarcaDParts")
    2.3 Deodex (XXLF3 Russia)
    2.4 New Superuser (Root) and (BusyBox)
    2.5 Replaced animation download (you can now put their bootanimation)
    2.6 Roboto Font
    2.7 Removed transparency in applications and system
    Rewritten 2.8 Settings (added new items now supports tabs)
    2.9 Animation windows, curtains, menu (now smoother)

Bugs:

  • Kies is broken. Do not use it.

Installation:

1. Download the archive with the firmware and patch
2. We go to the CWM 5.0.2.6
4. Do wipe data, wipe cache, wipe dalvic cache
5. Under Mount & storage do -format system, then do do
6. Mount all partitions (to show unmount)
7. Install zip from sd card - Deodex_XXKL2_by_MarcaD.zip
WARNING!
8. Now, if you have previously created a backup and you want to restore your data and programs that do Advanched Restore - Restore Data
9. Start the system, wait for it to fully load and re-go in CWM 5.0.2.6
10. Install zip from sd card - Update_to_Andromeda_5.0
11. Firmware installed

PS: This is because the application is completelly re-written and placed in the usual way, until he found a solution to this problem, so either do not install or get used to it. I do not advise to do after a wipe because the setting and the shutter will not.
PPS: I advise you to do all the instructions or do not post messages in orderto blow my brains and forum users
The first boot will be very long! (3-4 min). If you see a boot animation, that means that everything has passed alright.​
ATTENTION! OS default language is russian!
1. Open statusbar.
2. Press the settings button.
3. Scroll down to a button with keyboard icon and press it.
4. Choose first option and select english.​

I got it to work, this is an perfect rom sometime not smooth. But this is a beautiful rom, nice work! Thanks.

Nice job bro. I like this rom.:good: But I just noticed some bugs and offers. One of them is the alarm manager doesn't show scheduled alarms well and the second one is the phone and contact related. There is an infinite loop when you go first phone application and click contact over there, and press back to go home, it goes over and over. Just keep to press back ..Can cover these ?

There is an alarm fix done, but now it brakes the status bar. The best idea is to donwoload alarm from the Google play.
About loop, I don't quieet know how to fix that, so just use the Home button to get out.

Nice rom...
Cronmod script also works fine bt while using cronmod if i switch on and off flight mode the imei got disappear thogh data packet and calls works perfectly....

Good rom :good: when i tried to flash any rom to my 5830i a few months ago, there weren't any good roms, but now i can find good roms like this :) Thanks for your work.

Wrong Instructions

The deodexed file xxlk2 or whatever it is should work only on xxlk2 frimwares and not the others ! That's why everybody brick his device.



You mustn't share ROMs if it isn't your work ! Its author's right to do that , even you get the permission !!

Author gave me the permiision, and he does not know english. About deodexed file, since you are doing -format /system it should not be a problem.

3 days usage, that's a good rom. I haven't tested if games (Jetpack Joyride, Fruit Ninja etc..) is working. I'll try that, thanks bro!.

Does phone dialler and contact app is force close on this Andromeda ROM ?But i know alarm on this rom is many time force close like JellyBlast V3.0.4 on s5830i :laugh:
