[Q] Nexus 7 2013 LTE gsm call

Today I flashed the " 2013_KOT49H_SMS.zip " file. SMS and USSD code works fine by external apps. But gsm calls didn't work and I noticed on my lock screen it shows " Emergency Calls Only ". may be that's why we are not able to use the call feature. Developers pls help.

Don't think the Nexus 7 2013 LTE has been released yet. I know Flo dropped yesterday.
