Bug with sendign tones?

I use my SGT for conferance calls as a speaker phone. I have noticed that I can dial in ok, but then when I add the conference ID number it does not work.
I have to plug in headphones and then it works fine, so I think it is something to do with where the tones are routed maybe out to speaker rather than into the phone system?

Same problem is in CM10 Build 3 - is there a discussion thread for CM10? I cant add this bug to dev thread as not enough posts (someone else feel free to)

I use this Rom Its AWSOMEE!!! Fast and hadles great on the tab.
