[ROM][LJC] Why Not v1.0 New Updates 11/24/12

I applied this mod for 5x6 launcher even though it says it's for the LJ1 base. Works fine for me!. Something to apply before OP integrates it to his ROM. =)

Just flashed and looks amazing! We all appreciate your efforts very much. Look forward to what you have for us in the future.
Loved this rom but just flashed back to stock deodexed because I was noticing a heavy lag and some touch screen issues on this. Im back on stock now and those issues are gone...
I did a full data cache dalvik wipe prior to the install as well so it was fresh. Although google play reinstalled all my apps for me which causes that huge lag while doing the mass download. I thought maybe the system was still taxed from that but hours later it was still slow... im bummed because I really like this rom... any ideas?

Ha ha yes I did that. . I didn't want to go around flashing a bunch of odd stuff from dufferent places cause than who knows what's going on. .. But alas I decided I really wanted my purple keyboard and real icons (whatever that means).. so I did it. . Phone still works so guess I am safe for now. ..

Why Not...do you know the color code for the red your looking for? Or can you post a picture with the red in it and I can get the color that way.

I was also getting lag when I tried a different kernel and I also had it when using setcpu to setup a screen off profile.
As soon as I went back to the stock kernel (reflashed the ROM dirty) and uninstalled setcpu all was right again.

If you dont like how the rom is and want to go back to stock you could just go to the init.d folder in root explorer and delete all that code.
There is more done to it than just that.

Now that I think about it.. all my problems started when I started messing with setcpu. The rom comes with the stock kernel correct?

Hmm, I didn't experience this but I restored most of my apps from Titanium backup so maybe that's why.
This rom is great. I like the look of stock so Jellybomb was a bit much for me. This rom has the right amount of subtle changes but retains the stock look.
Why did decide to call this rom "why not" and dont tell me why not

Hello all, I have been theming, tweaking, and compiling ROM's for myself since the OG Droid on Verizon.
I have never really posted any full ROM's up for public use before just some themes, tweaks, and mods. But seeing there is not a ton of ROM's out for the Note II (yet) I thought I would post the one I made and have been running for a few days.
This is the ROM for the person who likes the stockish look/feel but with a few extra things tossed in

I'm going to take a different path then most of the other ROM's I have seen.
I'm only going to make like one maybe two more updates to the main ROM (unless it's something major).
And then I'm going to post mods in flashable zips so people can pick and choose what they want in their ROM.
I'm not going to force what I like on everyone, instead let you guys/ladies pick.

The color of the battery has been changed to ICS blue, in addition the icons I themed green I changed to ICS blue. Just flash in recovery.
