Hello friends, this is the MultiWindow Complete Control mod to SGSIII Stock Roms (method by LegendK95).
This mod works fine sharing screen between all apps. See conditions below..
I've just implemented and builded to you!

•What do you have in the attached file?
There's 2 files inside xxx.rar or a single zip . On xxx.rar you have a file to flash on CWM Recovery and install the mod and another to restore original condition. On xxx.zip you have a single installer, for Odexed or Deodexed. In this case installer can detect your Rom (version and type) and install the proper mod. The current installer detects f you you are on appropriated Rom for installation and if you are not it will be aborted automatically. CWM (updated) is recommended for flashing.

•What's MultiWindow Complete Control?
Stock Multiview only supports a set of applications contained in own Rom (Browser, Gtalk, Gallery, ChatOn, GMail..).
With this mod, you can have the MULTVIEW support for any application installed on your device. You have to use the mod and MWControl app.
***Please, you need Root:*** > SU + Busybox updated for this!

Mail+Whatsapp (below), working nice!
We have to understand why some people have this full screen issue. Whats the settings or mod conflict related to the problem? As you can see all works fine here. Let's understand the questions!

This mod (ELL5)works fine to me, sharing screen betwen all apps, when associated whit JKay Deluxe mod. it looks like, fullscreen feature for some apps (custom apps) will be present when Jkay mod is not installed.
Then install Jkay Deluxe mod and app for full support . Go in Deluxe Settings app (JKay) > Miscellaneous > set misc options > set "All apps support multi window".
This informations was updated in OP.

Anaraxia, I'm on this mod whit Jkay and using paid version of Deluxe app.
All works good here. Whitout paid version you can't get support for sharing screen between all apps. But it works, whit less or more functions, in all conditions.
