@Fera..first of all, thanks for your hard work! Now my question: is the 3.6 kernel set to boot on 998Mhz? If i once booted the rom succesfully(which takes like ten times) and lower the frequency, i can use it the whole day..but once i reboot->WLOD/bootloop..guess my phone can't handle 1190Mhz:/ already posted here and on the discussion-thread

I reinstalled fera 11.2 (as Bares). It boots up almost every time (sometimes blocked in infinite booting), and when it's booting fine, it's booting very fast (like few seconds after the blue wave).
Problem is that it's crashing very easily (not necessarily during heavy use), and I can barely use it. When the phone is sleeping it seems to be stable.
The root works, but not with every applications (titanium backup works for example).
I tried to use the previous version, but I keep having WLODs, and bootloop.

And ...... still about Ferakernel 3.6 RC, can some one confirm FPS2D? , because i got 42 only! . Usually we have 54 and more.
BUT why everything much smoother on 42, its so weird, yeah STD-Dev is low enough for sure.

Guys Help. I am using V20 with Sony music Player. I cant reduce volume in Music player. Its always at High.
When I press volume down, it shows media volume is reducing but actually its not.
I tried cleaning cache, dalvik cache, and fix permission. I installed Sony music player again but no use.
I have also updated with latest V20_fix.zip Please help

Cuz i did that man... used stock values for screen driver... why? cuz its realy strange.. and was noticed long ago..that users using stock kernel without overclock and fully uncapped fps could plya GTA III smoother thatn on overclocked doom kernel.. I still didnt' get why this happens.. but.. as everyone see..fps count is not so much importatn here.. I need my rom to fly..and it will..

.I'm just tried to compare it with Ferakernel 2.7, then i can see/feel that Ferakernel 2.7 is better in scrolling in any browser (a bit faster) and.....yes not for 3d games. Anyways, though you already noticed this too

Which rom, kernel?
If you meant Ferakernel V3,6 RC, then try to save all ringtones in system folder (internal memory), due to sd read/write speed a bit lower for now. Or try to increase cache value for sd card to 2048 or 4096 if necessary. But i prefer to wait for the final version.
FYI
Hmm... Locked Bootloader? NG Rom?
For now, JAF Rom is the fastest one, due to it using stock firmwares combined with xperia s firmwares.
But , .... see above post for your consideration

Installation:
If you have locked bootoader - ignore first step, you already have latest kernel built-in ROM package. You may probably want to install LB kernel if you don't have CWM6 recovery.
ROM will wipe your data, be warned.
-> Get FeraKenel v25 and install it.
-> Boot-up to CWM6 Recovery & just straightly install ROM following AROMA installation wizard.
-> After installation, boot your phone, pass setup wizard and wait 2 minutes. Reboot again.
-> On second boot wait not less than 2 minutes again & reboot.
-> Done. Do a reboot after you configured your phone. Hit 'Thanks' button and rate this thread if you like my work or consider donating me to let me to have a good dinner. :good:
