Contacts, number not recognized solution update

make a back up and its entirely your liability if crap happens...
good luck!
1) delete seccontactsprovider.apk and its odex (if there is any) in system/app
2) push the file attached to system/app and apply the usual permissions
3) reboot
4) delete all contacts and then restore them

Now numbers will be recognized

for those of you not in Asia you can try this but it theoretically works best for asian countries

Dear sir SVA I hope you add this in the next release of the rom

and I hope samsung releases 4.2.2 for note 2
