@Lopicl.00, I think it wasn't necessary to make this thread cuz' u can basically get ROOT+BusyBox by flashing SuperUser/SuperSU update file :)

That would only root + install SuperSU (by chainfire). Not busybox.

It's not difficult to get Busybox either. Once rooted, it's easily available on Google Play for installation.

Either way I get what you are saying. I feel the same :)

BTW, there's a BusyBox for non-rooted devices... I'll provide a link when I find it...

ROOT + BUSYBOX for Grouper and Tilapia (Nexus 7 2012) with Android 4.4 (also other android versions work!)

This is my first contribution to nexus 7 community on xda, hope you'll enjoy it! :)

UPDATE: Now zip is working 100% ;) And system is auto-mounted.

This is a very simple method to root your Nexus 7 2012 with the new freshly updated android kitkat 4.4
The package is made by me and this is what it does:
    - Install superuser binary
    - Install busybox 1.21.1 and symlink all the applets
    - Installs SuperSU (thanks Chainfire)

ME AND XDA ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BRICKED DEVICES

    Prerequisites:
    - Android 4.4 KitKat (or other previous and newer versions) STOCK AOSP installed
    - Unlocked Bootloader
    - Custom recovery installed (CWM or TWRP)
    - A grouper or a tilapia :p

    DOWNLOAD THE ZIP: https://www.mediafire.com/?p9xp59zpscumtry

    1. Download the zip from the link above
    2. Copy the zip on the internal storage of your nexus 7
    3. Reboot recovery your device
    5. Install the zip from the recovery.
    6. When installed, reboot and enjoy root on kitkat. ;)

    THANKS:
    - Chainfire

    That's all! :good:

I used the Wugfresh toolkit to obtain root, it worked great.

To mount the system you just need to add a mount system syntax to the updater-script before it writes to the system and then an unmount after its done, pretty easy to implement
