I was able to root my device by flashing supersu 1.80 http://download.chainfire.eu/supersu on my device after flashing 4.4.
@Lopicl.00, I think it wasn't necessary to make this thread cuz' u can basically get ROOT+BusyBox by flashing SuperUser/SuperSU update file

That would only root + install SuperSU (by chainfire). Not busybox.
It's not difficult to get Busybox either. Once rooted, it's easily available on Google Play for installation.
Either way I get what you are saying. I feel the same

Thanks man. was searching for this. going for flash and also downloaded the SU.
Update: no binaries found while launching the SuperSU thats now sad. tried flashing couple of updates of supersu. but didnt work
To mount the system you just need to add a mount system syntax to the updater-script before it writes to the system and then an unmount after its done, pretty easy to implement
