I have some of the same errors with java as some other people here.
I have window 7 64 bit. But first i only used 32 bit java becouse im using firefox.
Then i just had a error saying:
Please choose:
1.) 32-Bit Windows XP
2.) 64-Bit Windows XP
3.) 32-Bit Windows Vista/7
4.) 64-Bit Windows Vista/7
Please choose: (1-4): 4
please connect Xperia in flash mode.
Press any key to continue . . .
'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Press any key to continue . . .
Then i opened explorer (64bit) and downloaded java 64bit. (note: you can only download java 64bit in a 64bit browser)
But then i just got a error saying:

So i dont realy think the flash tools works great with 64bit OS.
Im going to try another computer tonight when i visit my dad. I'll get back to you if it works.
I even live in Denmark, but i dont think my phone is nordic. Where can i find out btw? I could only find; Basebandversion: Unknow. :S
If everything else fail i guess i just have to wait
