Helloo firedns,
Im planing to buy the Note2 but as is know, amazing device always has disadventages.
So, i want to know if the Note 2 has:

2. Smart alert.
I can't find it.. so i ask you

I think it will be very popular, much like the SGS3. Also, I think the target audience will be more hardcore users that know what they want in their phone and know about the advantages of custom roms. A lot of casual users that don't keep up with tech probably already just went ahead and got the SGS3, not knowing that this beast of a phone would be coming out later in the year.

The reason I didn't get the SGS3 was because I think HTC actually out-engineered Samsung with the HTC One X, but they didn't have a removable battery or SD-card in their phone. I think the Note II will clearly be the best device for at least half a year down the road.

It has both. I assume by #1, you mean 'can you shoot a picture while recording video'.
They are both in the user manual.

From what I can tell, the Note 2 has every single software feature the S3 has. Which makes sense.

For the 1080p: Any converter you use will hurt the quality.
I can tell you for 100% that if you convert something to another file format, it wont be the same quality,
Don't worry about anything chris198810 says, he's just a spammer looking to drive people to a ****ty spamming blog. He's only made 12 posts; all of which needlessly shoe-horned video conversion into the thread and almost all of which mentioned or linked to that same blog. The blog itself is just advertising for a 'Brorsoft' video converter app that looks like a scam and the final giveaway is that both the blog and his comments here talk about issues with video playback on a phone that hasn't actually been released yet.
