Help Root this ROM.

I have used the rooted version from recovey on my rooted 1.37.405.1 without problems and without loosing my apps andd settings

I've flashed my phone with RUU_Buzz_Froyo_HTC_WWE_2.22.405.1_Radio_13.55.55.24H_3.35.20.10_release_160191_signed.exe and then a week later tried to root it using unrevoked 3.2.2 which failed getting root.

I then tried using the previous RUU versions to see if they wanted to reset to 2.1 so I could root it. The RUU program did not want to do it, it got an error which might to be connected to not being able to revert to previous HBOOT versions. Have I understood that correctly or mixing 2 topics?

I then noticed HBOOT saying something about pc49diag.zip etc
It's pretty much like said in another thread.
I then found the PC49img.zip on a russian forum, and when putting the file (1 of 4 requested files by HBOOT-1.01.0001) it loads and checks it. It then says "Main Version is older!" Update Fail!

Can I revert HBOOT back to a previous version?

What I really want is to flash with RUU
RUU_Buzz_HTC_WWE_1.37.405.1_Radio_13.53.55.24H_3.35.19.25_release_151892_signed.exe or similar Android 2.1 that can be rooted...
or fix my current so it stops talking about the 4 pc49* files...

Can you help me?

WPA2-PSK toruble

Hi everybody!!!

A few days ago I updated my Wildfire with this ROM. Everything it's OK, but my Wifi doens't work with WPA2-PSK. I've been reading about that issue and I notice it's a old trouble but I haven't find any good solution yet. Any suggestion? Thanks a lot.

Move to Sd button is not enabled at all for any app !! can some help , i have use this RUU and upgraded to android 2.2.1 ! if someone has work around please help with steps ...

Hi, download "App 2 SD Free" from the market. It will show the movable apps to the SD, and the option to move them.

No default apps of Wildfire Froyo are movable to SD. You can Install games like Jewels which is movable to SD to check the functionality.

Does any body have a link to RUU of Froyo India??

I have already flashed this WWE ROM and it works superb.But My wildfire is still in warranty period and if i cud flash the rom specific to India i wouldnt face any issue ,if at all,incase i have to avail my waranty.

help or sugestion??

He is talking about the Stock Froyo for Wildfire, official, but just without the new hboot, which makes unrootable the ROM. So, is actually as stable as the official is.

will this work for wildfire locked to network 3
