my nexus 5 stuck on boot logo and restarting i flash stock rom but nothing happens what to do now?

if you type fastboot oem lock and restart your phone the lock state changes back to unlocked?

Then there is nothing much to do, the flash chip is broken. you have to rma it.

You could try two things

1: remove the battery to cut off every power source from the emmc. if you open up your phone you will loose your warranty
