Already installed. Lag and little working.
Please tell me how you ported this with portadroid 3.1. Which of the contents of the unzipped rar file. "ics.rar" were used were put in the root file of portadroid 3.1?
Thanks for your response. Unfortunately the unzipped isc.rar file does not contain meta-f, and boot folders required per portadroid instructions. So what were the successful steps used to port the isc with portadroid 3.1?
But HOW? According to the Port-A-Droid instructions, you must CLRCAD.exe and then haret.exe. These are WM6 applications. The instructions go on to say "Once back into WM6.5, run CLRCAD.exe and then haret.exe again."
How did you do it?
copy everything to ur sd card as mentioned in the tutorial,
boot to magldr menu,
go to service -> boot settings -> ad sd dir,
select the "android" folder,
back in the main menu, select "boot ad sd".
the phone will boot in and show the green htc logo for around 10-15 mins, after which the phone will reboot by itself. now your rom is ported. you can boot into the ported rom.

Good question. Evidently there are 2 different ics files. The ones I've so far seen are not compatable with portadroid 3.1.
@dttung80, can you provide req file to boot it from magldr? I also asked you this question in tytung's thread.
which one's the magldr version?

ok.. used mgldr files from a boxmax build.. booted fine..
nice experience
but..
problem with audio.
mass storage not working.
camera not working.
but these are already reported.
data and calls working fine.. i'm in 2g area so cannot tell about 3g.
testing more now..

Wi-fi fix doesn't worked for me, just replaced initrd.gz file in beta2 and rebooted phone - still no mac & ability to enable wifi.
Any special actions needed for enabling wifi? Thanks a lot!

I build complete ROM based on [24.Nov.2011] (Android 4.0.1) (AOSP ICS ROM for HD2) NexusHD2-IceCreamSandwich Beta2. Extract content 7z to ICS folder on sd-card.
Configure MAGLDR to boot from /ics folder.
