Hi,all

Team KTG(- tsuyo.Kou, & Thjap and tkymGr -) presents!

Here is kernel-2.6.32.9-perf for X10!!

Locked bootloader version : KTG-Kernel-X10_va01.zip
UnLocked bootloader version : from beta version

This kernel is alpha stage and tested only SEMC 3.0.1.G.0.75 !!

[ Not working ]

camera
camcorder

[ Bug List ]

sometimes not back from sleep(touch display then shown)
a little unstability
Video plays in monochrome(only tested youtube)
Other small bugs

[ Install Guide ]
(1) Install SEMC 3.0.1.G.0.75
(2) Get root from flashtool (I'm used 0.8.1 win ver)
(3) Install xRecovery 0.3GB from xRecovery and set default
(4) in FlashTool : Advanced -> Reboot -> Recovery -> Reboot default version
(5) in xRecovery install zip
(6) reboot

[ Caution ]

This file replace some libs and firmware.
So if you want to back to .29 kernel, you must restore from your backup.

I think performance. Good job, KTG Team! I thought your forgotten project never show up (I'm not good in Kernels for now, so didn't start any development in this section, cause You and FXP or DooM are best

). Now let's wait for new version with fixed bugs and here we go! Some new big stuff for X10! This device won't dead

So would the recently released X10 camera code http://developer.sonymobile.com/cws/devworld/downloads/download/camerax10publicsource be of help in getting the camera functional in this new kernel and so then in ICS?

No I don't think so. Our hardware isn't designed for that.

we MIGHT be able to use IF we code the proper usb drivers,
BUT we will always need an external power source

have a look at usb-otg project on nexus one and htc desire

ok thnx for info,but what i really want to know is,is it better than stock kernel? and hope u can fix some bugs and the camera soon

and about installation
i already have xrec and root
so can i just flash the kernel through xrec?
does it support overclock?

any noticeable improvements in 2.6.32 as compared to.2.6.29?? i thought that our devs have backported all imp stuff from the later kernals!! is that true?

This is official SE 2.3.3

get an ftf and flash from flashtool or use pcc to restore to original 2.3.3.

EDIT: Any custom rom based on stock 2.3.3 should also work

ive tried the kernel, using champs rom, its working.
